RETURN POLICY
Here at SharpShooters Video, we make every effort to create videos you’re going to love.
Our products are all custom-made, meaning we do not create your disc until you - yes, YOU - order it. <<Oven fresh!>> For that reason, and due to the nature of video products, we have a no-refund policy once your item has shipped.
Prior to purchase, please review the items you’ve chosen, the disc format, and your shipping address very carefully to make sure it’s correct before pressing that little black “Purchase” button or turning in your order form.
If, after all that, you receive a defective* (more details @ the bottom of screen), damaged, or incorrect item, we’re happy to help you replace it.
RETURN.
Defective / Incorrect Items. You have 60 days from the date your disc was delivered to test , review, and return any defective* disc or incorrect items for a replacement. Please return the disc 1) in its original condition, 2) with your receipt or proof of purchase, and 3) enclose this packing slip to expedite your return.
Damaged Items. If your item looks like it was damaged in shipment, please contact your local USPS office within 48 hours of receipt. Keep the original packaging because they may wish to inspect it to verify the damage. We will work with you and the USPS to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. Please do not return damaged items to us, as sending it back through the mail will invalidate your claim.
REPLACEMENT.
Once we receive your return, our goal is to get you the video you want to watch as quickly as possible.
To do that, we inspect your disc and test it on multiple players. If it’s found defective, we’ll immediately give you an estimated delivery date for your new replacement disc. If the disc plays cleanly on our players, you’ll get to choose whether you want us to send the disc back to you or if you’d like to change formats from DVD to Blu-ray or vice versa.
Any charges or refunds due to disc format change will be assessed at that time, including the shipping charge for mailing video(s) to you a second time if your discs are not found to be defective*. Any refund due will be credited to your original form of payment. The refund may take several days to appear depending on your card issuers’ polices.
SHIPPING.
You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item. We will reimburse at a First-Class USPS rate if we find your disc to be defective, or you received the wrong item because of our processing error.
We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully and confirm your player is compatible with recordable disc formats (DVD-R for DVD or BD-R for Blu-ray) prior to purchase.
DIGITAL.
We do not offer any refunds or replacements for digital products.

*It’s helpful to know, quality is very important to us. Our technicians test all discs that are returned to us, and historically, almost all of them play cleanly on our machines. Before initiating a return of a disc you think may be defective, please try it in multiple players and confirm those players are DVD-R compatible for DVDs or BD-R compatible for Blu-ray discs. The -R recordable format is different than mastered discs you buy from a store, so those may play fine on your machine while -R discs will not. You can also try cleaning your machine with a disc cleaner, which has worked for some of our customers. Also, it may sound obvious, but please be sure you’re not trying to play a Blu-ray disc in a DVD player, as that will never work. We ask that you test all these options first because we ABSOLUTELY want to get you a video you can watch… and if you determine your player is not DVD-R or BD-R compatible, even a replacement disc is not going to play correctly for you.
