SharpShooters Video makes every effort to create videos you’re going to love. Every video available in our store was originally reviewed and approved by the event host.

For that reason, and due to the nature of Digital products, we have a no-refund policy once you purchase your video.

Prior to purchase, please double check the show date(s) and version(s) of the show you’re ordering to make sure they’re correct. Also, confirm the video format/quality you’re ordering:

Video Format/Quality Definitions (For Reference)

• STANDARD DEFINITION (SD):
  Videos labeled Standard Definition have been converted from their original 720×480 DVD format. This resolution is lower in quality than High Definition. IMPORTANT NOTE: All events recorded prior to the 2010-2011 school year… and many events since… were originally recorded in Standard Definition or released only on 720×480 DVD. For these events, Standard Definition is the highest quality version available.

• HIGH DEFINITION (HD):
  Videos labeled High Definition are offered in their original 1920×1080 resolution and reflect the full quality of the original HD recording.
