Because Digital video purchases cannot be returned once delivered, please confirm before ordering:

• School/studio or organization

• Show title

• Performance date

• Performance version, if multiple versions are available

• Video quality listed as SD or HD

Digital Video Purchases

SharpShooters Video makes every effort to provide videos you'll love. Videos offered through our archive were reviewed and approved by the event host when originally delivered.

Because Digital products cannot be physically returned, Digital video purchases are non-refundable once purchased.

Video Format/Quality Definitions (For Reference)

• STANDARD DEFINITION (SD)
  Videos labeled Standard Definition are provided at approximately 720×480 resolution, reflecting the original recording or highest-quality archival version available. Events recorded prior to the 2010–2011 school year - and some events recorded afterward - may only be available in Standard Definition. These videos have not been converted into true High Definition simply because they are now delivered digitally.

• HIGH DEFINITION (HD):
  Videos labeled High Definition are provided at 1920×1080 resolution and reflect the full quality of the original HD recording.
