Terms of Use
Last Updated: September 2026
Welcome to the SharpShooters Video website. These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, online store, private video pages, Digital Downloads and other online services provided by SharpShooters Video.
By using this website, making a purchase, or accessing SharpShooters digital content, you agree to these Terms.
1. About SharpShooters Video
SharpShooters Video provides professional show videography and related video services for schools, dance studios, performing arts organizations and other groups.
Information on this website is provided for general information, customer service, purchasing and access to SharpShooters services and content.
Specific production services are governed by the proposal, contract or other agreement applicable to that production. If those terms conflict with these general website Terms, the production-specific agreement controls with respect to that production.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful personal and business purposes related to SharpShooters Video.
You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas, circumvent access controls, collect information about other users, introduce malicious software, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
3. Quotes, Pricing and Production Services
Website pricing, examples and service descriptions are provided for informational purposes unless specifically included in a proposal or agreement.
Production requirements vary by event. Final pricing, scope, deliverables and other production terms may be established through a SharpShooters proposal, booking agreement or contract.
Submitting a quote request or other website form does not reserve a production date.
A production is considered booked only according to the booking requirements stated in the applicable SharpShooters proposal or agreement.
4. Digital Products
SharpShooters is a 100% digital video company.
Digital products may be provided through direct download, private streaming/download pages or other electronic delivery methods.
Some historical productions were originally released on DVD or Blu-ray and have subsequently been converted for digital delivery. Because of the age and source format of archival recordings, image quality, aspect ratio, audio quality and resolution may vary from current productions.
Product descriptions may identify a video as Standard Definition (SD), High Definition (HD), digitally converted from an older format or otherwise describe the available source.
5. Digital Purchases and Refunds
Digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
Before purchasing an archived or digital show, customers are responsible for confirming that they have selected the intended production, year, organization and event.
If you experience a technical problem receiving or accessing a purchased file, please contact SharpShooters for assistance.
Technical assistance with delivery does not change the final-sale status of the digital purchase.
6. Digital Delivery and Download Availability
Digital products may be provided through streaming, download or other electronic delivery methods.
Download links or temporary delivery links may expire. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving purchased files within the availability period communicated with the purchase.
SharpShooters may be able to reactivate or resend access to archived purchases, subject to availability.
Customers should maintain their own backup of downloaded files after delivery.
7. Private Group Video Pages
Some productions are delivered through private, password-protected streaming or download pages provided to an organization, participating families or other authorized viewers.
These pages are intended for Private Group Access, not public internet distribution.
Access links and passwords may be shared with authorized members of the applicable participating group. They may not be publicly posted, published on unrestricted websites or social-media pages, or distributed outside the intended group.
SharpShooters may change passwords, disable access or take other reasonable measures when unauthorized or premature access is suspected.
Private video pages are not guaranteed to remain online permanently. The applicable production or communication may specify the expected access period.
Downloading an authorized copy does not transfer ownership of the underlying video production or intellectual-property rights.
8. Personal Use of SharpShooters Videos
Unless SharpShooters provides different written permission, purchased or privately distributed SharpShooters videos are provided for private, personal/home viewing.
You may not:
Sell or commercially redistribute a SharpShooters video
Upload or publicly broadcast the complete production
Publicly distribute a private viewing/download link or password
Remove or alter SharpShooters branding, copyright information or other ownership notices for the purpose of representing the production as someone else's work
Reproduce or use SharpShooters footage for commercial purposes without permission
Circumvent measures used to control access to private content
Purchase or access to a video does not grant rights to music, scripts, choreography, performances or other third-party material appearing in the production.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the SharpShooters website and SharpShooters-created photographs, graphics, video productions, designs, text, branding and other original content are owned by or licensed to SharpShooters Video and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative uses of SharpShooters-owned website or production content except as permitted by law or with written permission.
Names, logos, music, scripts, choreography, performances and other materials appearing within event videos may belong to clients, performers or other rights holders. SharpShooters does not grant rights that it does not own.
10. Client-Provided Materials
Clients may provide SharpShooters with programs, rosters, artwork, logos, photographs, music, prerecorded video and other materials for use in a production.
By providing materials to SharpShooters, the client represents that it has the authority necessary for SharpShooters to use those materials for the requested production and related delivery.
11. Historical Archive
SharpShooters maintains an extensive historical video archive, currently including productions dating back to 2003.
Archive availability is not guaranteed. A production may be unavailable because of missing, damaged or incomplete source material, licensing considerations, technical limitations or other circumstances.
The presence of an organization or production in SharpShooters' historical records does not guarantee that a purchasable digital copy is available.
Videos from the current school year and previous school year may not yet be available for individual purchase through the SharpShooters online store. Viewers seeking access to those productions should contact the applicable event host.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to or interact with services provided by third parties.
SharpShooters is not responsible for the availability, policies, security or operation of independent third-party websites or services outside SharpShooters' reasonable control.
Use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.
13. Website and Service Availability
We work to keep our website, store and digital services available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, internet outages, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
SharpShooters may modify, replace or discontinue website features and delivery methods as technology and business needs change.
14. Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current.
However, typographical errors, outdated information or technical inaccuracies may occasionally occur. SharpShooters may correct or update website information when discovered.
Production-specific proposals and agreements control over conflicting general website information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SharpShooters Video will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website or its online services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
17. Changes to These Terms
SharpShooters may update these Terms as our website, services, technology or business practices change.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
